If a 1 Man Van service is selected, you must ensure there is assistance to help load and unload at any items that cannot be carried safely by one man ( above 25kg). This applies at both locations.

Once a booking has confirmed all cancellations must be made on the day prior to the required service. Cancelleations on the day of service must be made by phone call at least 4 hours ahead of the scheduled pick up window. Cancellation fees will be applied for late cancellations.
The carraige of good is subject to the relevant section of the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017.Under the terms outlined all customer should be aware that the goods are transported under the terms of "At Owners Risk" as defined by the Act.This means that we (the carrier) will pay no compensation if the goods are lost or damaged, unless we (the carrier) intentionally loses or damages them.”
To arrange insurance cover, contact your Home & Contents provider and ask for Transit cover for the duration of the move. Alternatively, we can arrange for NZI Transit Insurance on your behalf at a small cost through a third party. Please contact us if you’d like more details.

Please check that delivery and pick up address information is accurate as any incorrect information may void the quoted price. The automated price calculator is based on a straightforward delivery to the ground floor. If the floor level information and/or parking information provided is not accurate, an additional surcharge may be applied.
Payment is on delivery by Eftpos and all our drivers carry mobile Eftpos terminals for your convenience.
Credit card payment is also available (3% bank fee).
